Empowering the Leaders of Tomorrow

February 20th, 2026

9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Nominate a teen leader for a chance to enter our Tristyn Bailey Leadership Day program. We are dedicated to empowering youth leaders in St. Johns County.  Your nomination can help shine a light on students who embody kindness, courage, and positive leadership. Location details will be emailed to parents upon acceptance into the leadership program. Breakfast, lunch and transportation to and from the venue will be provided.

The first-ever Tristyn Bailey Leadership day will be a full-day filled with a keynote address from Dr. Natalya Bannister Roby and leadership activities led by the University of North Florida’s Taylor Leadership Institute. Students will even hear from Jeff Yalden and receive social media and self-defense training. We are also proud to announce that the young leaders selected to participate will be eligible for several scholarship opportunities.

Established in memory of Tristyn, the foundation seeks to inspire others through initiatives that promote kindness, resilience, and leadership. Our mission is to ensure that Tristyn’s legacy lives on by supporting young individuals in their personal growth and community involvement.
Through various programs and events, we aim to create a lasting impact by nurturing the values Tristyn held dear. We focus on character development, victim advocacy, self-defense, and education on social media’s dangers, striving to build a safer and more supportive environment for all.
